All nominees must have 2 years continuous sobriety and be present to accept the nomination. If they are not a regular Intergroup attendee, they must be present at the November and December Intergroup meetings to be elected in December. Turn forms into the Central Office or email them to  wvisecretary@comcast.net.

Computer skills preferred for any position within the
Advisory Board and the Sub-Committee

(These positions generally require 4-5 hours of availability each month to attend meetings and work on projects)

  1. Ability and willingness to communicate via online (current Zoom program) for any Willamette Valley Intergroup (WVI) meetings.
  2. Currently, there are agendas, meeting minutes, and other related documents shared via email with all WVI members. There is a requirement for the usage of an email address to receive the documents and access these documents. It is your responsibility to inform the Secretary if you are unable to access the documents.
  3. Ability and willingness to regularly check your email, for information from the WVI Secretary (or other members) and to be able to reply to the emails in a timely manner.
  4. Ability and willingness to be able to create documents, save and send, if needed.

Computer skills preferred for an
Intergroup Representative within Willamette Valley Intergroup (WVI)

(These positions generally require 1-2 hours availability each month to attend meetings and to report on and discuss topics with your Homegroup)

  1. Ability and willingness to communicate via online (current Zoom program) for the WVI meetings.
  2. Currently, there are agendas, meeting minutes, and other related documents shared via email with all WVI members. There is a requirement for the usage of an email address to receive the documents and access these documents.
